Brad, your whole suspension set up is the same as a MK4 Golf GTI, front and back.
The LCR's rear end suspension set up is the same as the MK4 Golf GTI and yours apart from stiffer shorter springs and different shocks, the front end of the LCR is the same set up as the Octavia/S3/TT.
