VAG-COM Control module for coilpack

Hi, iam trying to find out why my excess pollution light is on. I have VAG-com 409.1 and the usb cable, but for some reason the autoscan feature comes up with a error about registering the software, but i can scan individual modules.

Does anyone know what the module numbers i need to scan for in VAG for things like Coilpack and oxygen sensors etc ?

14 = susp elect
28 = HVAC, Rear

hmm i cant test block 28 cause its not a registered verion, so if someone can help me out with that PM me

Iam finding VAG-com really slow, has bluescreened and crashed my laptop a few times aswell.#

I ran 14, and i could see the sample rate moving but no info was coming up in the white boxes ?
