had m3's until the rattling drove me nuts and i filled em with foam to see if i could make em explode got smoothy dtm style ones now that are half the size of m3's
you know you have a mk2 ibiza when chavs are sat at the lights next to you in their corsa laughing at ur rusted arches then laughing on the other side of there face when the 'rust bucket' hits 30 before they even lifted the clutch!!!
only to stop and find out there is a stupid screw which you can not remove because no screwdriver exists for it!
As a newbie may I just thank you all?
I have so many of these things happening to my old diesel Mk2 and I thought it was just me and it!
I feel much better knowing that I am not alone.
Does anybody know why the speedo would die at the same time as the clock starts running wildly fast?
(And what is the secret of the rear wiper, or does it just have a mind of it's own?)
You know you have a mk2 when you can do rear wheel skids to get the back end out with the foot break

Ha I know it is, light is on all the time though.
Makes stopping more exciting though
Was yours hard to sort out in the end??
