hi i am getting my turbo back with stage 2 hybrid treatment 2mrw or day after latest.make sure u replace the manifold gasket, dont have the part number but it should not be hard to find. also while your at it change your downpipe gasket. as long as your manifold bolts have good thread you wil be ok.
who is doing your turbo/fitting?and what other mods you doing?

i take it you have the 130?
it really depends on the map, if you get a good map then i think you should be looking at 220-230?ye the gt20 internals will be going out and it will be getting machined.
what flap in the intake you talking about that is getting cut out?
you getting the SMF and paddle or just organic one? how much?
its a big job the turbo, because the turbo is part of the manifold. i had fun taking mine off...did i :censored: took a while but was not too bad

ye, i think you got to take the rocker cover off to get the turbo out easily! he should be fine, i am going to be helping him too so shouldn be too bad!

as for the clutch, wat a night mare!!! ended up forking out just shy of 1k got the sach organic with the sach flywheel! may as well do it properly will be better in the long run! went dual in the end because of the hassle in traffic and i still want an easy driving car!

220 to 230 bhp should be interesting! wat kind of 0 to 60 u think i will be looking at?

sorry forgot to menttion the little flap on the intake, if u inscrew the housing for the trumpet of the intake, and look inside you will see that half the gap has a little peice of restrictive plastic along it! i cut mine out with a sharp stanley!
