hey fort id have a crack at sorting the brakes so just ordered all ebc pads a brakes a dot 5.1 fluid so just wondering is 1 litre of brake fluid enough? and is it worth the extra wedge upgrading the back brakes?

You can fit 312mm discs for around £300 which make a nice difference, up-grading the rears as you've said is a bit pointless, i have drilled and grooved discs all round which are pretty cool.

Yeh about 1litre should do but it wont make a big difference to the braking. You'd struggle to boil normal seat brake fluid let alone fully synthetic (silicone based) 5.1 fluid.

I think DOT5 is sythetic/silicone fluid, but DOT5.1 was mineral-based (ie same as DOT3/4 but with higher boiling point).
