You need to see what colour it is under the aerial base then, the trim pulls down easily it's tight but will pop off.
Then you can get the colour for the amplifier.

No choice now, but to get a circuit tester disconnect it from the aerial and try each wire.
Or get a booster lol
12v with ignition tbh is the easy way out

Yeah just goes in between your aerial connector and the headunit, then 12v+ easy.
Connections to the black connection block are listed as
1 - blue/white - Gala (Volume adaptation)
2 - green/grey - Mute (telephone)
3 - grey/white - Self-diagnosis / cable K
4 - yellow/red - Connector for the ignition and switch off with the ignition key (contact S)
5 - red/white - Anti-theft security system control signal, SAFE
6 - grey/blue - Lighting (terminal 58b)
7 - red/white - Battery + (terminal 30)
8 - brown - Battery - (terminal 31)
