Just to add to what I said above.
I know from my Subaru days that some folk had to run spacers on the front to clear the Brembo calipers, but we're talking like 3mm, 5mm at the most.

I won't be using spacers with my wheels to clear big brakes when I put them on the FR, I'll get some wheels with the appropriate offset.

I have a set of these on the back of my FR, 20mm ones, and I think they transformed the cornering of mine. I haven't got mine lowered yet, but I have about 5 or 6 roundabouts on my way to and from work every day and I can tell you there is no comparison between the way it goes round them now and the way it did before.
As said above though, make sure you put copper grease in the middle where it goes over the centre of the hub or you'll need a hammer and chisel if you ever want to get them off.

The 15mm Delta Mics don't fit right on the Ibiza hubs, I've tried them and they won't sit flush, resulting in a fair bit of wheel wobble...awaiting my Forge 16mm's. I think my wheels are an odd offset, as anymore than this and there would be some serious catching.
I also have to run 3mm spacers on the front to clear my brakes. I have a set of 3mm shims, which fit snug on the hub/spigot, rather than the horrible universal ones which are a pain to get on.
