Hi,
Does anyone know the weight of a standard LCR wheel?

Thanks

Willie, I know you want to remove every last lb from your car but I don't think you can do without your wheels :p
LOL, Ah balls, well worth a try

Na its all about unsprung weight or rotational mass.
The lighter the mass the better handling, braking and accelerating

Excellent cheers for that.
So can still save myself 4Kgs with lighter rims

So with Badger 5 2 piece discs = 6kgs weight saving
Lighter fly wheel, not too sure how much I saved there
Lighter rims 4kgs.
All good:)

Rota subzero's are quite light. Been told 8.1kg's but looking around I think its actually 8.6KG cheaper then OZ's though

Was trying to get some wheels from the states which were 7.7KG's but they were all sold before I could find someone to ship them, was gutted :(

Where did you see these in 5x100? I was looking at these a few months back but they were either 4x100 or 5x114

OZ have a new rim that 6.5Kgs but at about £600 each I have decided against them just now.
Light weight is good, but light weight and strong is gooder, lol

is it magnesium? Remember seeing the RS Watamabe cyclone they were 6.6KG's in 18x8

Have you looked on wheelweights.net?
