Nokia N96 and K1 Bluetooth

Hi All,

Just changed my phone from a blackberry 8100 (which worked fine with the bluetooth kit on my K1).

I started with the N96 and albeit connected and I could use it, didn't sync the contacts across to the car so dialling had to be done from the phone.

I've now added the latest firmware/software from Nokia to the N96, now it doesn't connect at all!!

Anyonelese have this problem of know a fix?

Didnt find anything useful on Nokia sites other than a raft of posts saying it is inherent with problems with car kits and connectivity!!

Afraid I just don't think you'll get it to work/sync up. I have an N95 8Gb and just will not sync contacts/call lists. I have tried all sorts, different f/ware etc. It's annoying because my basic Nokia 6021 for work syncs all contacts/last calls etc etc perfectly!!!

I remember reading about a Nokia app you can run on some Symbian phones to handle the contacts syncing. Try asking on the Nokia support forums.

My bf has an N96, has nothing good to say about it and wishes he didn't send his N95 off to Mazuma! It's prob just the fact that Nokia wanted to get an N96 out quickly so didn't 'test' everythin or whatever it is they do!
