Exhaust recommendations

Hi all,

I think my exhaust is on the way out

What are the options available for a replacement (apart for the standard mild steel ones)?

It seems a lot of place don't stock exhausts for the 97 2.0 SX?

Scorpion / Supersprint both used to make aftermarket exhausts for the 2.0 16v Cordy, but I think they've both stopped production.

You might be able to pick one up off ebay etc though....

Other than that, it's a mild-steel one, or a custom made stainless....

Supersprint are top notch. But they don't make them anymore. They are prepared to do a run, but we need 10 orders to make it worth thier while.

It's looking like that's what I'll end up with eventually. THe supersprint wont be coming off until it's completely gone though

Yeah it will 'fit' in terms of the routing etc, you'll probably need to use a reducer to fit it to the exisiting cat etc, as I'm pretty sure the 1.6 exhaust is a smaller diameter to the 2.0 one.....

Are Supersprint Stainless steel? And do they do a back box for a TDI vario Mk1. My exhaust has 2 1/4 inch diameter pipe work.

The 1.6 is a 52mm diameter
