Im going to be changing my spark plugs over in the next few days or so but cant decide on what ones to get NGK or BOSH super 4...had a search but nothing really conclusive on it...

Looked on euro car parts

NGK are £3.42

BOSH are £3.26

Is there going to be much difference in performance form any of them..??

Mods are in my sig.

I use ngk BKR7E

Get all four for about a tenner from car spares etc..

Not had any problems with them. And at a tenner you can afford to replace them every couple of months whether they need changing or not lol.

Tried and tested NGK BKR7E's for me. Cheap as chips.

Dont bother with those triple tipped ones, seen some problems with them.

Fitting some Denso IK22's next week to mine, not cheap at £35 delivered but supposed to be a very good plug

Yea ive read about them but wasnt how sure on how much marketing hype there was around it all...plus the price put me off a bit.

How you finding your manifold anyway..?

Wheres the best place to get hold of NGK BKR7E's ? Also, do they need re-gapping?

Back from the dead
I had Denso's in my last LCR (for about 3k miles). The car seemed to be all over the place, idle was rough, car kept overheating, acceleration was inconsistent. They were so bad I thought I may have the wrong plug. Changed back to NGK and it never missed a beat.

NGK all the way for me (Iridium BKR7EIX currently), nothing else comes close.

Ditto.

Phil recommended these for me also.

I had denso iridiums in before I changed to these, in my opinion, the car seems to run a little better!

You can get there from anywhere... both gsf and car spares have them by me.
Cost me just short of a tenner last time.

Didnt regap mine and had no problems.
