Some can do quick write up (dosnt have detailed much :D ), tips or pointers.
Not sure if you have to compress the springs on them

Cool, so is this right way to remove it: remove the 3 bolts and remove bolts from lower disconnecting it from wheel hub.
Compress the springs and remove bolt at the top mount to seprate it from coilover arm.

How do you remove plastic cover on top mount? does it only pop off from car coilover is reved from the car?

The plastic cover just pulls off. Good luck getting it off in one piece. Twisting it may do it but I don't have them on :)

Undo the 2 strut bolts first. Then undo the 3 bolts at the top of the strut and out she pops! Change over strut tops and reverse the process.

I did try with flat screw driver but wasnt budging, will give it ago with some G pliers.
How easy would bolt holding topmount be, i know some garage use a impact gun, as with a wratchet would twist the whole shock asborber piston with it (may be different with coilovers).

You can buzz it off with a impact gun but you need to give it shocks to get off (i.e. going on and off power). What I do is use a spanner with an allen key ;)

Cool, i taught it was a bolt instead of a allen key (must be extra care full then ). Dont have acces impact gun but would made it easier.

Cheers Josh for the input.

You will need an offset ring spanner to get at the nut as you also have to hold the strut still with an allen key otherwise it will just spin...you will see what i mean when you come to doing it...

Oh and just to clear things up about spring clamps etc...have a look.

Yeh ive got loads spanners so it wouldnt be problem, Ive change springs on another car so i know what im doing plus i have i pair of spring compressors, not like the prat in the video, (imagine that went towards your face - you be out cold) :scary:
