disabling auto lock mk1 fr

i deliver kebabs and pizza's in my mk1 fr tdi. Its really annoying that the autolock kicks in and i have to keep pressing the unlock button on the door.

Is there a way to disable this so that when my door opens they all unlock?

Im happy to keep the autolock over 6-10kph or what ever its set to but would like all the doors to unlock upon myself jumping out of my door with the engine running.

I don't know if your cars the same as mine but if you pull the door handle twice this opens only this door.
You can totally disable this function with VAG com.

yea to get out i have to double pull the door interior handle to open the door.

Are you saying i can have the autolocks played with with VAG com, if so what is VAG com??

VAG com is the VAG diagnostic interface for all VAG cars.
With this you can change some settings on your car.
If you go to a garage it will cost you.
Take a look at the VAG com section of the forum and see if there is someone close to you with this.
Or go along to your local meet and see if someone there can help
