Is the GFB 50:50 DV serviceable?

My GFB 50:50 hybrid DV is putting my car into limp mode; even on full recirc.. Checked the piston seals by pushing the piston up with a pen and then sealing the vacuum connection and seeing if the piston stays up..if doesn't! I guess it needs new seals but don't seem to be able to take the valve apart?
Any advice?

Seems to be yes! Been reading up a bit and it seems it could be normal for it to leak abit due to the friction free design of the piston in it... maybe i'll try change the spring preload some more.. see if that cures limp mode!

Yes it is serviceable.
Undo the Allen screw on the bottom of the ring to unlock it, then unscrew the ring off, holding it together.

ah cool - thanks lee.. will dismantle tomorrow and see if I can find the problem - can you get new o-rings for them from gfb do you know?

I guess so they advised me to just dis- assemble it clean it and rebuild it with a tiny bit of oil.

My thread is on the top is just touching the piston FYI, but I'm not on LCR power :)

That is how mine was with near zero extra preload - i'm spiking around 24psi and holding around 16-17psi at the red; maybe it need more preload. just taken it apart and it all looks clean and healthy; I guess it just requires more patience setting it up!
