Just got 20,000 miles service done today

bad news my ibiza cupra tdi needs new rear brake pads and discs in the next 5000 miles,
so i'll be putting the coilovers back and brakes come first. while am on the the rear discs and pads i'll get the new front as well.

am thinking Tarox discs (G88's) all round and Tarox pads on the rear,
but Tarox dont do front pads for the Seat Sport AP Racing caliper.

does anybody know of any uprated pads that will fit the Seat Sport AP Racing caliper?

any advice on uprated discs and pads welcome
help please:help:

I wouldn't waste money putting uprated brakes on the rear of an Ibiza - the front brakes do most of the work.

Standard stuff will do the job on the rear and is available pretty cheap.

Spend your money on the front brakes if you must upgrade them

shouldn't need to change to non OEM discs mate, just upgrade your pads to the Ferodo ds2500 and replace discs with the same ones

Hi
my Front brakes are due to be changed soon too. what size are the Front Disks on the Cupra?

with the seat sport calipers the discs are 312mm.

yeah but putting uprated discs on with the ds2500 is going to increase the stopping power isn't it?
