If i can get a mani cheap enough i might throw one on just to see if it makes a difference. But as im currently saving to go BT i think it might be a waste of money.
i 've got a Kinetic mani and trust me phil there is big difference from bottom to the redline...

I managed to pull 225bhp and 280 lb/ft of torque on AMD Essex'x rollers and they are very accurate, lots of LCR's making book figures etc. I think i high flow manifold, im going to get an INA one, great prices at the mo with the weak dollar to the pound! That should free up atleast 5bhp for sure! Starting to think that the forge FMIC may be a restriction for you phil if you go BT, unless you change pipework etc.

Car looks great, like others have said, bhp figures are for willy wavers, mine might not have made the highest RR figures for a ko3s but it drives well and puts a smile on my face when i floor it so that good enough for me!

KO3Hybrid beckons though, for the outlay to performance ratio i think it takes alot of beating!

Mine made 247bhp/234lb/ft at star performance after a custom map

Mods at the time were:-

K03S
Dynatwist Ind Kit
Blueflame 3" dp/100 cell cat
Jetex 2.5" cat back
4bar fpr
Forge TIP
Pro Alloy FMIC kit

But I think boost peaked low at 17psi/1.1bar but was very progressive boost, giving me lower torque, higher bhp.......just what I think.

Got sick of it over boosting and limp mode all the time, and was'nt too keen on the setup, so moved onto BT.

I would much prefer a high torque setup myself, you car must go well......judging by what you said about your track days. Plus its hovering around the 220bhp+ mark from just over 4k to redline thats gotta be good, does'nt drop off.

The max you want to push the Ko3s is 240bhp, anymore and things get very hot hot hot.

237.3bhp / 243.8lbft
AGU 1.8t
3" downpipe
De-cat
Milltek Cat back no res
007P
CAI
Stock FPR and Pump

Custom remap peaking at 21psi holding 18psi with tail off to 14-12psi, stock fuel system fueling spot on and even allowing a richer burn top end. A very strong and fast car that has a really wide torque band not a massive peak.

That run was with high dyno cell temps aswell.
