Ok, had the car for two years two months and have not done it justice on the modding front yet. The reasons for this I guess have been as follows.
1. It's just been such a complete awesome all round car. Not had any problems (touch wood). Goes like stink and handles well. I loved my LCR which I modded quite a lot (Jabba remap, tints, Forge FMIC, Dynatwist, Armourfend and some other bits and bobs). However I've not felt the need as much with this one.
2. I had stage 1 Revo installed last year and a Milltek catback. It just produces silly speeds now, just topped off an already complete package.
3. I thought I had grown out of it a bit, have a kid now, older and wiser (?)
Anyway, I was also holding out for the LCR to be unveiled and to see if I would want to upgrade. Now it has I actually breathed a sigh of relief as I can keep this one until the MK3 Cupra comes out.
So the plan is as follows.
Cosmetic
Next week I intend (not booked yet) to get the wheels refurbed in gloss black by these guys: http://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk
Then I'm going go get the roof wrapped in gloss black as well by these guys: http://www.totally-dynamic.co.uk/
I've done a quick mockup (in matte not gloss) but you get the idea:
Power
After that once REVO have finalised their workshop move I'll be heading up there for new fuel pump internals and stage two
Fun times ahead
