Audio help ibiza

Ive upgraded the front speakers and the rear as well for mk3 ibiza cupra. but cant seem to get the power right. Front are 240wattrs 80rms power compent speakers, Rear are jbl. This powered by fusion amp 600 watts 100rms per channel.
Ive baught rca converter from halfrauds for front and rear but thing is if the amp gain is too high i could hear the hissing effect, but if i set it too low i have to crank the volume higher to get some decent sound thats if.
Im soo frustrated with this and sooo pissed off.

i did that,been playing aroud past 2days! but on low volume around 10, the gain is approx 70% full. i dont want gain that high due to the hissing if gain is too low and i turn up the volume it begins to disort.!

just re-read your posts

your problem is probably the RCA convertor thing.

Get a proper headunit. by using the RCA convertor you're using the amp in the headunit, which is distorting when you turn it up.

til then, all i can think of is to turn the gain up a bit on the amp, then turn the headunit up til it starts to distort. then turn it down just a notch so it no longer distorts, then turn the amp up as loud as you can before it starts hissing at you.
til you get a proper headunit with aux-out thats the best you'll be able to do afaik. Check all your connections too and the grounding of the headunit and amp, might eliminate some hissing.

Ive ordered some new rca converter from fleabay which have gain adjustment. I hope that helps, as i dont like listen to music the way it is. Last time on buy stuff like that from halfrauds!
I prefer to keep the stock headunit as aftemarket dont look right as i dont want it between my knees as i cant see it whilst im driving as well!

im having a similar problem to you atm, but mine more a crackle but only on the left side speakers (well the black rca cable) think it might be my hi-low convertor also from halfrauds which was the bacic autoleads one, so ive opted for a better one with gains on from the bay.

Ive sorted the 90% crackle/hiss sound (redirected phono/speaker wires driver side). Its better but sound is crap as the headunit amp is on its last legs.
Ive decided to fit new headunit under centre console (some diy), as i lost hope factory one.
If you want my converters let me know as i would be using direct phono's instead so they would up for sale (comes with iso block with2converters for F + R).

The Alpine convertors work best with the Ibiza HU.
