how much are you willing to pay Andy? :)

think i'll give your tenner a miss Lee :D

i dont think it was £95 per mod. think it depends on the mod. the bird i spoke to put me on hold and rang the insurance underwriters to get a price.

in the event of a crash would they only find out about an engine mod if it was a write off or if the engine took a hammering?

it is very unlikely they would find out - but is it a risk worth running? that is the question I asked..hence I now pay £1300 for all mods declared!

yeah exactly. i think i prefer the peace of mind of having it declared or removed rather than driving around in fear the whole time

Hi Andy,

as i said in an earlier post, id like to put a bid in on the induction kit. i have a green panel filter that i have had in for about 2k miles (so not alot) interested in a part x?

i'm not sure mate. i havent a clue what a green panel filter does! :confused: is it easy to fit? and how much do they normally cost new?

hi mate,

it is the filter to go in the standard air box (uprated from standard). you just undo the 3 screws from the top of the air box, push it in (so the rubber sits on the lip) and put the top back on. 3-4 minutes....max.

from memory i think they are just over £45 from green's website.
