dude, what size are your front discs and how much did you pay for them?

Hi Bret. The brake disks are EBC Turbo-Groove Disks, they are 323mm direct replacement LCR items and they cost £178 + VAT from Demon-Tweeks. I've been using them for almost a year, 10,000 miles with Ferodo DS2500 pads and they've been great, awesome stopping power and no warping like some have reported with EBC disks. Not heard great things about their pads though.
Oh, and only a month to go I see until the big 3-0.:D

Wow - seriously nice pictures - everythings looking really nice and clean mate. Personally, I like the play grey the most, but in my search for the LCR (which is nearly at an end, touch wood), not many turn up in my price range. The metalic black is growing on me - well, it better do, as its all I get!!!

And, glad to see some nearly 30-somethings here, going to be 29 soon, and was wondering if I was just going through a very early mid-life-crisis sports car thing :)

Grey is the colour, but black will do. And don't worry there are plenty of us +30's here! ;)

Hi Jon - I'm the owner of the LCR you parked next to at Inters09'.
My wheels were refurbed by The Wheel Specialist and they have branches all over.
I used the drive in drive out service. Dropped my car in at the Tysley Rd branch at Birmigham at about 8.30am and collected the car at about 4pm.
Cost me £244 incl VAT which is more than some places but there is no hastle with you having to get tyres off etc, they do it all :)
City Centre is minutes away, we went shopping, cinema etc while it was being done.

Ps I have some pics of your motor from the show. I can post them up, thought I'd ask rather than hijack your thread.

Jon - Edited the post with the photos :D

Thanks for the reply filbro, sorry I did'nt get chance to speak to you at the show. Your car made the final decision for something I was considering for a while. I pick my car up later today with the beautiful new wheel colour, woo hoo!

Oh, and please feel free to post up any pics.

Keep an eye on the 8mm vac hose, mine split after I put a jubilee clip on it, I dont know if that was what caused it, I'v got a cable tie holding mine on and it's been fine although I do have a re-inforced bit of Forge hose on it now.
