Thinking of doing some tidying up in the engine bay, probably around winter time ready for next year. Thinking of Carbon Canister removel, relocating battery and relocating washer bottle...

Would this one be ok?

Do i need the pump etc? Thought it would be a case of a new bottle, but I assume I need a new pump, and some electrical wiring is involved?

Slightly off topic, what resistor have people found that works on the Carbon Cainster removal? I was think 10w 330ohm, but think Benny said that that doesn't always work

MOT Failure ;) Plus I like to be able to clean the window lol.........

No doubt would have to top up almost every week in the winter

Me and Benny have got the same washer bottles - you can use the OE pump it fits in fine so if you leave it in the standard location it's pretty much a straight swap. If you relocate it to the boot you will have some fiddling to do with the lines - most people plumb into the pipe that goes to the rear wiper to feed the fronts assuming they've removed their rear wiper.

As for the EVAP (carbon canister) I've not read of anyone finding out the correct resistor yet as I *think* the voltage may fluctuate. I plan to leave my sensor unplugged and see how often it causes an issue.
