i have less than 50 miles to go until its run in.... ive been gradually giving it more and more but with very low boost settings. it feels very good so far, although i do have a coolant issue that will need sorting sooner rather than later.

i cant wait to get the oil changed and the WMI up and running, im sure i will be seeing some good figures...... im sure theres some wood around here somewhere hehe

Car looking great there Aaron, was good to speak to you too.
The air con removal, are you ripping out all the bits behind the glove box aswell?
I have been looking at this, as it's very obvious now. There's alot of it in there.
Interested to hear what turbo you settle on too

I did manage to get out of the mud, eventually, and still have half of the CPoP field stuck to my car, lol.
Followed a Lambo and a GT40 away from the event, sounded LUSH
Bit of a noisy trip home though.

No no sorry bud, I was more meaning it might be 4?? figure. Turbo not disclosed yet and cards close to chest at the meet

As for what turbo, even i dont know! Altho i 99% sure!

hehe... Theres no BT at the minute Ed but its in the pipeline.

before i go for it i will get a lightweight flywheel and an organic (maybe sintered) Sachs clutch sorted. whilst its apart its surely a good time to get a diff in.

as for what turbo.... i really dont know but i am hoping to go a slightly different route than the norm, im 99.9% sure it will have an external waste too..... im such a chav!

Had the privilege of parking next to Aaron at the national truly mint car, perfect in everyway from what i could see.

my car has been making a few strange noises since the rebuild, i found out yesterday that the cambelt tensioner has gone, i pick it up in a few hours...... cars are too expensive.

i wont say too much right now but hopefully i can get some money back from the supplier.

the camchain was getting v noisy so i had that sorted and forged rods fitted

Car looks great, not long got my Seat Leon, can't wait to modify it to my liking. I really like the black wheels, that is definitely one of the first things i am going to change.
