How's the console fascia coming on?

I'v had a look at it and it looks quite fiddley, I'v nearly run out of Carbon so it will have to wait for a bit but it will happen ;)

Oh yes [B)]
It's one of the old Seat Cupra Champinship front splitter's, It's motorsport weave so it's not as pretty as the bit's in my engine bay but it still look's good. I am looking at doing the OE splitter in Carbon though.

i like the sound of this, will this be a one off or

The kit's are pretty expensive and the carbon would have to be joined due to the lenth of the spliter, everything I make at the moment is purly practice to see how I get on with it, If I do do the spliter and you want one PM me and we'll sort something out :)

The main problem is you need to practice on small easy bit's so you need a couple of kit's which is when it starts getting expensive, You'd probabley need 2 kit's to do a splitter and they are £50 each

The mani cover came out really well, fancy doing mine? :D
How did you find the wrapping kit? Easy to use? Worth the money?

i see you point then mate, i would probably need 4 kits too as i would bodge 2 up :D. Maybe something to contemplate when i'm running out of ideas of what to do next.......

Let me do a bit more pratice and I'll let you know ;)
It is not easy to start with, you need to practice on the small bit's.
The main problem is that the carbon is a loose weave sheet so when you start handleing it it starts to come apart and fray.
I'll get some pics of the carbon sheet's to show how loose it is.
