Can anyone recommend the Koni STR.T's on Leon Tdi?

Basically...My rear shockers have pretty much gone, so decided it's time for an upgrade.

I have a limited budget, and want a fairly standard OEM feel, and slightly improved handling.

I'm not really looking to lower it too much as I quite like my ground clearance!

I've been looking around and noticed many of you have opted for the Koni FSD's/Eibach springs or coilies, but i don't think my budget can stretch to this.

Therefore, I was wondering if anyone can recommend / had experience with the Koni STR.T's? (Or a similarly priced alternative)

I've found these for £237 inc vat on Awesome.

Thanks in advance,

Jason

Whats the quality of the JOM kit like compared to the Koni. Are you really just paying for the KONI name, or will it give a superior ride/ handling characteristics over the JOM's?

I was thinking of changing my springs soon as mine aren't brilliant. I was after improving the handling but don't want a too firm ride. Those JOM springs+shocks look ideal for that price, I've just got some new 16" alloys off a mate as i'm too skint to get proper new ones atm, so just wondering if a 40mm drop may be too much.
