How have you been doing the TBA?
You clean it by removing the TB hose and spraying in carburettor cleaner, clean out with cloth but don't touch the TB and re fit hose

Ohhh... TBA was done with vagcom 060, normal procedure.
Have not actually cleaned the TB, but had the hose of this weekend and it seemed clean enough, no deposits.
