Since GT2860 = 3rd Lambda in 6 months HELP :( (now with pics)

Since I fitted my GT2860 setup end of last year my car has gone through 3 lambda pre cat sensors over a 6 month period.
Can anyone help with some advise as to why I my car keeps burning out Bank 1 sensor 1(pre cat lambda)

Bit of info:

My car does'nt have a cat, which its setup for on Revo stage 3, it was not custom mapped on my car though, the map is from a car with a very similar setup. And I am using genuine VW/SEAT lambdas.

I am replacing it again tomorrow regardless, but I don't want to keep spending about 80 quid every month or 2 on lambdas.

Apart from say too much fuel, what could cause them to continually burn out every 2 months or so. And would a cure be to get the car custom mapped.

Fuelling on Revo Stage 3 is normally stunningly accurate if you have the advised mods (550 injectors etc)

What colour deposit are you getting on the llamda tip?

which part of the exhaust is the first lambda

Yeh i have 550s. Pretty sure its black deposits. I will have a look when i change it 2mo

there's your answer then,was the map checked with vagcom after it was installed?

No never did actually. What am I looking at logging on vagcom to compare?
