Just got a quote of £46 + VAT for Federal tyres for my Ronals. 195 45 16 for those of you who aren't sure of the dimensions. Is it a decent make? :p

Let me know :)

i had nankangs, but i had some she-ite ones, i would go for toyo's really!

I bought some Nankangs years a couple of years ago and to be honest they were pretty decent. But for if for the same money you can get Toyo's id go for them.
Quick question, in the link for those toyo tyres, have the T1's been replaced by the 4RF?

Im runnning a set of Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31 in size 205/45/16 and paid £60 a tyre for them, that was because they were 205 wide.

I have to say they are a good tyre and Im impressed with them. May give Toyo's a try next.

I'm rolling on them and they do fine ;).... I bought 2 new Nankangs NS2's on ebay for 20 quid then a tenner each to have them fitted........otherwise they're 45 inc vat and fitting......
mine are 205/40/r17 though..

try camskill, they seem to be the cheapest place around for tyres.

for the record,i'm on toyo proxe 4's,40 quid a corner which i don't think is bad for 16's and no probs so far! :) had uniroyal rainsport 1's all round in previous years, they were alright as well!

awesome Arun - got a link? Cheapest I can find are £70 - £80?

I've had a look on ebay but I can't see anything cheaper than 70 unless they're used, mine were from a private seller not an eBay shop.... You could always get used if they're in good condition...
