Can't connect to engine module - Leon 1.6 DOHC

Weird - and not for the first time - unable to connect to the engine module on 1.6 DOHC Mk1 Leon. Can connect to all the other modules. :confused:

Has anyone done this successfully?

You should be able to connect. What interface and what version software? Have you tried messing with the baud rate settings on the Options screen? Some ECUs are very fussy and if you are not using genuine Ross-Tech hardware, you may need to play with the baud rate to get things to talk.

Only other thought then is that something is messing with the K-Line going to the ECU.

Have you tested your setup on another car? Got any buddies that might let you give it a try? If it works on another car, then the problem would be in your car. If it does not work on that car, then I would suspect the interface cable.
