remove the wheel, remove the caliper 2 12/13mm bolts. NO need to remove the caliper carrier (normally have to on most applications but you can get the disc out easily without having to remove it so dont waste your time)
remove the pads, unscrew the disc from the locator and fit the new ones.... winding back the piston is the hardest part if you dont have a wind back tool. can get them from car spares or ebay cheap.
