Kiwi cordoba-To buy or not to buy????

Have been to look at 2 modified cordobas in kiwi and they have both been in shocking condition, just came across this http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1045068.htm and just wondered if it was worth going to look at as it is a great distance from home, it looks in quite good nick but i think it really needs a rear spoiler, 190 bhp though!!!! what do you guys think.......

£1500 for a 13yr old car?

You'd be mad to - the engine is never 190bhp, never was, never will be... it just means the cambelt snapped on it NOT that it's rebuilt.

There's better cars out there for £1500

LMAO @ 190bhp... I think the superchip will give it about 1bhp over the standard 150

I went and viewed that exact same car about 2 weeks ago in southhampton!!!!!

The alloys on it no! It being 190bhp no chance, specially from a superchip! BezzaGti had 260 schrick cams, ported and polished head and a blitz chip which raised the limiter slighly and he pulled 177bhp I think it was.

Ask for a rolling road print out, should have one... how else is he going to claim 190bhp

I'd want proof of the power and of the work claimed to of been done, otherwise its not worth anything like that. Also what mileage the rest of the cars done.

Its a shame as the owners tried euro bling with a car that just can't pull it off. Kiwi's rally slag and always will be
