HI guys, I want to de-wiper the rear of my ibiza, and i want to know what size grommet fits the hole left by the wiper?

Or do people have other ways of filling the hole ?

Thanks,

Dion!

[Edit] I have done a search but couldn't find anything!

Pull up that plastic cap, and Im sure you can see the size of the hole.

And Im sure you can get some kind of cap that will screw in on the other side from halfrauds or B&Q!

If it's the same dims as the Mk3 (which I imagine it won't be far off!)

26.8mm Ø(ID)
3.8mm Depth

Though I think a few people have used 25mm grommets without any probs if you can't get the odd size?

also try venom motorsport for these swish glass blanks

these seem to be a bit dear for £23 !!

I think I'll have a look for the crew type grommets, if not just a normal rubber one will do!

Dion!

i've done it to mine, iirc it was just a gromet and some sealant.

got to remove the interior boot trim, then disconnect pipework / electronics. put in grommet, seal it up and put everything back togeather.

Cheers
