quick question but can you get bulb kits to turn the dials blue apart from the redline, like on the audis or vw's, you can never see the redline and i think it would look alot better too

Theyre all surface mount LEDs. Its a big job to change them, but can be done.

will any of the audi dials just plug in and fit, surely there 1.9pd engines will use pretty much the same dash/dials say the audi a3's maybe, or are the dials linked to the immobilizer like vauxhalls

The dials are linked to the imobiliser, but can be recoded. I would doubt that they would just fit in due to physical dimentions, and the wiring looms and ECUs will be completley different.

I seem to remember some people sending instrument clusters off on ebay to have this job done. Might be worth a look.

might do, well im on the hunt for a cupra diesel cluster because on the fr the fuel and temp guage is black whereas the rest are white, it can be difficult to read whereas the cupras are all white, so once i find a set of cupra dials i may take them apart to see what needs to be done

i never even paid much attention to that...now you've made me wanna spend more money

it gets annoying when you cant see how much fuel you've got and have to put sidelights on
so im on the hunt does anyone know of any seat scrapyards

Must agree though - I never had any issues with reading the gauges on either of my Ibizas, or the Leon for that matter...

neither have I, but i wanna see exactly how all white looks in the cupra and compare...just before i decide to go on a hunt

its not that you cant see them, but when you have low fuel apart from looking at the range on the computer, its hard to see the bottom end of the guage, im on the hunt for some personally
