arb / bushes lcr

[DDX]

I need to replace my bushes, but I'm not sure what size I need for the arb ?
http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=11744&xSec=355 only lists 21mm or 23mm.
While a quick search on this forum shows the lcr oem is 19mm ?
Can someone with a lcr tell me the correct size ?

I'm also thinking about buying a rear arb at the same time.
But I see posting about also going for a front arb, is this needed since the lcr already has the oem arb ?

rear arb is the important one. Stock as you say is or should be 19mm but i know some have used 18mm. Not sure if this was intentional but they are ok

hmms found the following info :

So the standard oem front arb is not ok ?

i still dont know whether to uprate the front arb or keep it standard and just go for the rear one!

rear is defo the main one, why not just get that to start and see how it feels, supposed to be a VAST improvement

Well done you have done the single best handling mod first step.
On the LCR uprated ARB's feels awesome.
Next step a good set of springs and shocks or a good set of coilovers and you'll be WELL impressed with the handling

Get the VW Golf R32 23mm Front ARB with bushes, clamp and bolts, along with an S3 strutt brace and a 28mm rear ARB set to stiffest setting and you'll be all the way to chasing Scoobies up twisty roads
