headlight bulbs?

not received my ibiza yet, was wondeirng if someone can tell me what bulbs they take? is it H7? please tell me it is.....

Hi tweedz, are these bulbs easy to access in the new Ibiza ? - i mean the headlights and the 4 sidelight bulbs (not the fogs). In other words, could a total novice (like me) change them ?. i have those ones. i'm 16 and know.... nothing at all about cars, bulbs or anything like that and fitted my headlights, foglights and sidelights in under 30 mins
shouldnt be a problem

i'm only really bothered about the 4 little side light bulbs for the minute (2 each side), which ones do you suggest out of those links you've given ?

Looks like it, but just wondering if those sidelight bulbs are the same, as there are 2 packs of 2 from different auctions (they look slightly different in the 2 pics) ?

Could be just a stock picture though ??

reckon they are the same, its the same business selling them, and I'd guess they are stock pics Andy.

Probably should hold fire buying anyhting for the car as i still don't have it yet!!

Yep, i think i'll do that, they're cheaper anyway!. Will need 4 so that would only be £0.99 (x2), then £1.99 p&p and £0.99 p&p for the second set. Under a fiver cannot be bad !!

Are they brighter / look much different tweedz ?

EDITED, i had put h11 headlights instead of fogs..
yes much brighter and gives the car that little bit more class

They are both links you gave.. but the gfogs come with +2 side lights, and the headlights come with + 2 sidelights, so why did you also put up a link for the side lights?

Will give them a go, 4 for under a fiver (incl p&p) cannot be bad !

Just hoping they're easy enough to fit !!!!!

well if you go the way i said it comes to £18.26 for a complete set of front bulbs, not too bad really.

Yep good price, was just wanting the side lights at the moment as i drive with them on all the time (so i can see the dials on the dash !!)

Well i just received the sidelight bulbs (x4) after 5 days and was sorely unimpressed by them ! - they are borderline rubbish. First of all after i fitted them the "bulb warning" lamp lit permanently on the dash, i wasn't happy about that, and the fact that they are less bright than the original ones didn't help to say the least.

Yes they are whiter, but too soft and definitley not brighter than the original ones.

Cannot speak for the dipped / main bean or spotlight ones, maybe they are good. But i wouldn't bother with the sidelight ones!

yeh thats the risk with getting cheap bulbs...my sister had some in her leon and they looked good, but as soon as it started raining they were pants!
