Wondered if I could get a little comparison to what your cars are running at oil temp wise. My car has started to run a little hotter than it used to and I am not sure this is due to recent mods (ko3s stage 2 CC) or the water pump on its way out due to losing fins etc. Note - water pump was not replaced with cambelt unfortunately as I didn't know what I know now and the car is coming up to 50k miles.
The car if driven like a saint runs just at 90-95deg. Driven normally with the odd bit of enthusiastic boost is about 100deg and on track at Castle combe was seeing about 110, maybe 115deg.
Am I worrying about nothing or do you think its running a bit hot? Going to the nurburg ring tomorrow evening so sourcing a new water pump (preferably metal) and getting it fitted is nigh on impossible but i will give it a try if theres a concern.
