Eibach only lower by 30mm. if thats all you want then yes. H&R seems to be the way forward with going any lower.

Personally I ended up with two knackered front shocks Car is just under 4yr old and I guess the lower/harder springs pushed them over the edge. at present I have new Standard (Sports shocks, SACHS) with the original springs. Saving up for some Eibach Pro Dampers or Koni FSDs and doing the thing right.

And even with my 30mm drop, the rear has touched the arch twice on bad roads with 4 people in the car (Only slightly though) But you'd probably have to remove the arch liners to go 50mm or lower! :)

you bottomed out on 30mm? did you have Sports Suspension on the original setup? I can check via VIN number :)

It wasn't quite bottoming out, could just hear a slight rub! (split second) but i was going over the roads they use on top gear at the time so really bumpy mountain roads! they've never touched any other time!
And i think it had the sport springs as standard! :)

just FYI the Seat Altea Springs are colour coded with small blobs of paint to show the correct spring for each model of car. ETKA does not show the specific load info just colours. they are different for front and back.
