top end problems help

hi everyone not sure if its a problem i got with my lcr but when driving top speed my boost drops an picks back up an drops again an picks back up, my car will rev past 6k in 1st to 4th but when i put it in 6th an rev it hard it feels like the cars limited an dropping boost it then builds back up again. it takes forever to get the car reving at 6000rpm in 6th gear. it happens from about 4500 rpm. im going back to germany in a few weeks so am hoping to have the problem sorted in time before i go. i notice my boost goes from my normal holding of 18-19 psi.it drops to about 12-14 then builds back up an to about 16 an then drops again. anyone got any ideas of what the problem could be? car feels fine in 1st-4th gear.....

Sounds like a job for VAG com first to see whats happening.
Doesn't seem to point toward anything I have read about before

dont think it could be anything to do with high tempertures cause engines running a lot on boost for a long time. its hard to do them speeds over here in uk so would be difficult to do logs. could it be 007 is dropping pressure then building back up. not sure what could be.
it will go to 160 plus but its like the cars dumping boost then building it back up. anyone please help,

maybe faulty n75 or MAF??? ANYONE????

i had this problem and it was a crap remap the timing was well out and it was overboosting to1.5-1.6 bar which is bad when ive only got a lc all sorted now tho

no can get to 130-140 easy its after then when drops off an pickup speed slows down. dont think could be remap because in 1st 4 gears its fine at high engine revs,

hi mate mine was ok 1-4 gears then it hit problems 5 and 6 surging back and forth but when i unplugged maf sensor it was fine, i changed everything n112 valve n75 twice n249 changed boost pipes maf sensor twice, and it turned out it was the map
