ebay jobby will set you back £55 for the door (around £30 postage)

ahh right, well the problem is this willbe done through the insurance lol, as some idiot drove into the side of me today.

i know im gutted though cause its still inside my first year of insurance, so i hope she does accept responsibility and nothing will go against me (fingers crossed)

same here, i had a 4x4 force me into a parked car, hence the new door and wing, a week before i was about to get my first years no claims.

its a real ball ache, was paying £850 now the insurance has paid out for the other car i'm up to £1100

yeah its horrible when its not even your own fault, how come your insurance had to pay out for thee parked car?

Because as far as they are concerned i hit that car and that's that,regardless of whether it was my fault or not at the end of the day i caused the damage and the 4x4 just drove off so i didnt want the police coming after me for insurance details etc for this car i hit so i went and exchanged details with the owner of it.

no just a little 1.2 SX mate, its slowly getting modded but im also saving for a FR.

ahh right, i wouldnt mind an FR after ive had mine for a year or so, ive just got a little 1.2 12v 3cylinder lol, i guess yours is a 4potter?

no no same engine as yours lol i love my little ibiza to bits but i just want something with a bit more poke, hence why i want an FR...same chassis just bigger engine.

i've had the car since last april and my 18th is coming up soon so really it all depends on how much i can get for mine after the war wounds are patched up and whether or not i can get a decent insurance rate.

Parkers say that my model with 40k on the clock is worth £3500ish.its only got 38k on the clock and i've had a lot of interest in it from people at college so heres hoping lol

you say its worth £3500 with 40k onthe clock, thats good that, i payed £770 for my car and it has 68k on the clock. it needed a new head gasket and timing chain and a few other bits and pieces, we fixed it and it ran for a week or so and now timing has gone again so its back in my garage now lol, what mods have you done to yours?

nothing major, its got a twin DTM exhaust (when it idles it sounds like a warbling v8 lol cos its only 3cylinders, it sounds a lot meaner and deeper than a 1.2) K&N air filter is on order, uprated speakers and headunit with vibe monobox 4 amp powering 2 12" vibe cbr twin subs,debadged,xenon headlights/sides,led fogs on order,bonnet bra on order,roofs going matt black when i can get my hands on the vinyl (cars silver) and i sprayed my standard SX rims black with a glitter effect while i save up for some decent rims,oh and little things like sprayed the calipers red and engine bay hosing is now red lol

sounds dead good mate, you got any pictures you can upload? ive just put some BBS montreal rims on mine, they are a 17" so have to be carefull on speed bumps etc lol

i payed 100pound for them off my mates dad, he said i could have them cheep as he needed a quick sale lol .. they all have pirelli p600 tyres on too

i want to make it sound nicer lol but i dont really know how to without cutting away at the bumper

well obviously a new backbox would help but then you would need to cut the bumper, unless u bought the FR bumper/splitter.have you thought about a new air filter? that would give the little 3 cylinder a roar without having to cut anything away and also it still looks standard from the outside
