Plus a race car is always being driven at full tilt, so lag is not really much of an issue, where on the road it is.

wrong rob, lag is very much an issue in racing also.

Just wondering where did you get your exhaust manifold from? Can sympathise with you taking out all the bitumen sound deadening, have spent many an hour doing that

According to alot of people that have seen my BDM Turbo kit they were very impressed with the point flow in the manifold, so I for one would definitely recommend that.

just a quick one, i had the dash out on mine the other day, wondered if you could tell me how and what to take out with regards to the air con stuff behind the dash, i did have a look but wasnt sure at all.

as the fans are connected to the air con stuff, can you just take it apart and remove some bits??

Little update. Ive got nearly off of the bits together now for the build. Started the building the engine and doing some little bits on the car. New discs which are oem's that have been grooved and painted by ebc for me with some DS3000 pads are on and the black compound powerflex rear beam bushes are on too. I will get some pics next week.

Engine is slowly getting built when i have time. The head is done and fitted with supertech valves, springs and retainers and is all ported. Block has IE rods and JE pistons with a bore to 82.5mm and ARP main studs. The engine is having almost new everything and most bits have been painted to look nice! I dont have the latest pics yet, but here are some for now.

Looking for 400's. A recent TT kit did 399. something on the rollers at mellow boost and just pistons and rods. We shall see
