Water problem?

Hi I'm a new member,

I have a 2002 seat leon stella 1.4.
It's overall a great car I've been having one nighling
problem sometimes the windows fog up for no reason.


But more worring the door jams are flooded with water
most days. I've been speaking to a few saying to cut
the seals and seal up the metal behind the door cards.

One seat garage wants 190 euro a door to look at this,
I'll be able to do it myself its just finding time.

Take your time mate, a screwdriver and a 10mm socket is all that's needed, oh and time/patience.

Oh I I'll wait for nice weather and a long day won't be rushing it.


I presume a wet and dry hoover would be the best to dry out
the drivers carpet and get the musty smell out of it?

You might need to replace the under carpet sound deadening too, a mate did, he got it out of a mk4 golf.

Now to get rid of the musty smell..

wet and dry hoover be ok? or any better suggestions!
