Abit of punctuation or spelling wouldn't go a miss

I could hardly read that!

I wouldn't type on a public forum that you are not going to declare mods to an insurance company as they WILL find out if you have a crash or something.

Anyway If i were you I would start with a 1.2 keep it for a year or 2 and dont really do anything to it.

then after a couple of years get a nicer, faster car and spend your money on that.

just some advice really.

even if you dont tell your insurance company, the police can, if they want, check that your mods are declared if they pull you over. i've had my insurance checked twice by the police at the roadside but thankfully had declared them. the car will be seized there and then if they find out mods arent declared as your insurance will be null and void so you are technically driving with no insurance. maybe listen to people who have had their licence for a few years and know what they are talking about...?

completly agree with this comment. my first car was lowered and had bigger wider wheels on it exhaust and airfilter. car was parked on my road and someone decided to drive into it. managed to get all the modified bits off acsept the suspension kit and wheels as the cars wheel had bent up the rear wing before the assesor see it.
insurance wasnt going to pay me a penny took way to much argueing and to many letters to get my money i got it in the end but i learnt from it to put mods on insurance. as i wasnt even involved in the acciedent.
ever since then ive always declared any mods i only got my money because i wasnt involved and it was going on for way to long so in the end they gave in it just isnt worth it to be honest. if they can find a way out of paying you your money they will.

ill second that, theres no piont in spending loads, just cope with it everyone has to start somewhere, build up your no claims and then buy a fast car. Trust me been there got the t-shirt waist of money. If your driving a moddified car and havnt declared your mods then your insurance will be void they will use any excuse not to pay up.
