Next performance mod advice

I'm hoping to get some advice as I have searched and searched for hours on here and still can't decide what mods are best to do next.

So far I have done: Revo stage 1, Forge 007p, smoothed airbox, Green cotton panel filter, Forge TIP, N249 bypass and some GY asymmetrics all round...the usual.

What's the next mod I can do that will return the biggest performance/handling increase?

I have the opportunity of a blueflame cat back, but for the same sort of money I could do rear arb, strut brace or upgrade dbm etc

Is it worth doing the full exhaust at once (dp +race cat back) or would getting cat back first be ok, then get dp and race cat at later time. Or would it be better to first improve on handling?

I have no idea in what order is best to go forward from here. Ultimately over the next year or so I want to end up at stage 2 but look fairly subtle.

Any advice appreciated :help::)

ive had the blueflame cat back at first which was well worth the money i payed brand new. 250. and then i had the downpipe and decat which made it alot louder. the cat back alone is not much louder at all then the standard if at all louder, just more turbo noise. sounds alot better.

You will only realy see the benifit of the exhaust (full turbo back) by going to stage 2 map.

I would go for the ARB's, strut brace and DB mount.

DBM!

Did mine today, wish id done it sooner!

We've got practically the same mods and this is one of the best mods I have done (£4£).

I think that's what I'm gonna do.

DBM is next then Strut braces, maybe some spacers. Not sure about arbs. Don't want it to be a track car. I think the exhaust is only worth doing from turbo back with race cat as the oem one is quite good anyway...so i'll leave that till last and do stage 2 remap at the same time.

Any recommendations for strut braces? I'll go have a search

If I had the ££s, I'd go for a front strut-brace (Audi S3 Mk1; £60-ish at Audi stealers) & a rear strut-brace (see Pabs post re fitting: http://www.seatcupra.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=510&Itemid=6) - if you only fit a front 'brace you'll get understeer cos the car's front-end has been made much stiffer than the rear.

Also, a rear ARB seems to be a popular choice (assume it stops the inside-rear wheel from lifting & keeps the rear-end generally more planted?).

In addition to improving handling etc big time, a stiffer bodyshell also contributes to a more comfy ride with more consistent damping. ;)

If you find a strutbrace let me know Boom

Got my rear brace in and it feels good. Front going in today.

edmong: The rear was custom made by Mike hughes of http://www.hughesengineering.co.uk/ and was very well made for £80. Drop him an email if you're interested...I think he is after some work in these dark times!

Next was either considering Koni FSD and eibach springs as I think my dampers are a bit worn anyway. And also a full turbo back blueflame exhaust with race cat. Which do you think is better to go for first and where is the cheapest place to get these (with forum discount etc)?
