In rules it says its automatic but sometimes takes longer or something like that.

over 15 posts noting that general chat doesn't count

once target is reached allow 24hrs or so for server to catch up with counting etc and you should be ok

your member status under your login name *(currently Newbie) will change to Full Member when it's cleared

It does actually stipulate in the rules that its TEN posts, but it also requires the server to update , which can take 24 hours in some instances

There is now a 'number of posts' and 'number of days' requirement

Neither are particularly high, but the promotion is automatic within 24hrs after both conditions are met.
