Sorry about before am new to this.......

Reading the posts about lowering an Ibiza FR I am considering doing this to mine I still have the standard issue wheels on, what would be recommended to buy to lower the suspension by about 35-40mm. Just the springs or do I need to d the lot and if so what would be a good buy.......?

Thanks for your help.
Uli

By way pics of yours looks quality..........

Budget drop on springs, more expensive to go coilovers or spring and damper setup! I went for springs as I know that I only wanted a subtle drop and the FR dampers should be OK for a bit! Front makes a big difference, rears not much. Look at DPM Performance website for loads of spring ideas!

The JKM graph said 210bhp, what should it be running at? It looks wicked on those S3 wheels too!

it should be around the 270 mark. the run was abouted at 4500rpm i think and it revs to 7000+:cartman: so it was only just over half way through the rev range. terry the chap the ownes it is think of going to a astage 2 which should hopefully put it over 300:D.

The conversion was done by the previous owner which is why he wanted to come along to find out what it was doing and now we know it has a problem it will be fixed as long as his wallet has cash in it haha

:( Not great if its not running well... I bet he can't wait to get the problems ironed out once and for all.

it only starts to run lean once the charger kicks in at full boost according to the graph. we have done some work and its running alot better. nut were not 100% sure if its fixed or not and we dont have our own rollers to test it haha

Good luck to Terry in sorting his car out soon, it's going to be quite the monster once it runs as it should. :)
