Is it possible to debaffle the standard charge pipe? I was going to give it a crack when I had it off the other day but couldn't for the life of me see how it was possible.

From what I heard it's a lots of hassle for not a lot of gain,
I have looked at doing this myself, you need to remove the baffles and then weld a tube inside the pipe, which is'nt easy.

skahigh, yes mate they are just standerd pipe's

Don't know if Phil (Feel) still makes them, but he made some lovely de-restricted charge pipes which a load of us bought back in 2005. Sold mine off, but there must be some floating about.

That's the one I've got!

I was very pleased with mine :)

Is this just an LCR mod, or are these out there for the LC as well. Does this actually give an increase of performance or is it just it just a sensory thing?

The baffle must slow the gasses or give them a bigger area to expand into therefore dropping the boost pressure (slightly).
Better off just getting one fabbed.
Phill would the place that you got your done be keen no making more?
