After a quick bit of help.

I need to change my pads asap, as im close to being metal on metal at the minute:cry:

My car has had the brembo brake upgrade, but i haven't a clue which pads they take.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? As I haven't a clue where to look for them.

You can use Leon Cupra-R pads and just cut off the wear indicator cables. They tend to be cheaper and more readily available than Ibiza ones.
Mintex are supposed to be ok, I've allways just gone for standard ones though:

Thanks for the link! Will take a look on there!

So taking it the Ibiza conversion uses the same callipers & pads as the Leon Cupra-R? (apart from the discs)

Im after a set of uprated pads and some drilled/grooved discs to be honest, as I managed to cook my brakes the other week on a track day(surprised me really, thought the brembo's would be up to taking much more stick than they did)

Iv found a few part numbers for the standard pads and discs:

6KL 698 151 Set of Brembo brake pads
6KL 698 295 Fitting Kit for Brembo Pads
6KL 615 301 305 x 28 mm 4/100 V/Brake disc x 2

Any idea where I would go for uprated items (eg: Ferodo DS pads)

Thanks.
