As soon as I would have one I would have the front spoiler sprayed black in the middle 'Cupra' style to add a bit more aggression.

Like this ;)

I'm liking the way they've kept the same styling, no matter how much i look at other cars I still feel so much happier walking towards and driving my car. Everything else looks so dull (any golf) or chavvy (Focus/Civic) Just the totally different style and road stance makes the leon standout. I'm also even more happy about the facelift as the price of FR's will be coming right down, I'm after a 2.0 petrol. Bollocks to diesel:happy:!!!

Did you get your mudflaps from the dealer, thinking about getting some. Also got a 1.6 stylance, thinking the mudflaps will just add that bit more "sporty" look

You are right, there is no offical info about Cupra.
I have got only colours and interior materials, offical info from SEAT for dealers.
(no more Inferi Black for Cupra !!!, possible silver alcantara or leather as option)

There is information about week production as well.
As I wrote before - Leon FL production start at 12 week, FR and Cupra 22 (you can order from 18).

According to this information I assume that Cupra will be with 240 bhp and very similar to FR.
I read some information about Cupra R (from week 36) 265 or 272 bhp with some extra power, but this information is not confirm!

There was a guy on here who had the leather kit on his FR - it looked very nice, but also very expensive.

Cupra not changing much then :).. I think there will be a few un-happy people about if Seat produce a R version of the Cupra [:@] .. (I'll be one of them)

Why would they be unhappy? It may well come with some nice 4 pot brakes, more power, bigger intercooler, lighter wheels, better suspension, a diff etc over the Cupra.

It would be useful if they told us the spec of the Cupra and the Cupra R so that people who might be interested could make a decision one way or another, especially with the Focus RS, Golf R20T and forthcoming MeganeSport coming out not to mention the all new Vauxhall Ashtray and its VXR variant.
