Finally had car remapped on Saturday by Will at P-Torque and very happy with the results.

The car was running very lean previously and its all been sorted now. Car is running sweet. Good to be able to drive the car a bit more enthusiastically now without worrying about blowing it up!

Had a mate of mine following me before and he told me it was spitting flames out the back, what a result!

Got some good figures on the rolling road and Will said it was the last run when engine was warm and it was a warm day so lost a few horses but could possibly see closer to 275-280 on a good day. Car feels so much smoother now with power all the way to the red line unlike before where it seemed quick as it came on boost then didn't pull as hard.

All in all very chuffed and would recommend P-Torque all day long.

Bring on the Nurburgring next month!!!

no if anything it went quieter just got it back from forge after a service and with the carbonio its fairly quiet dont get me wrong you can hear it ...... car is a vast improvement got a slight hesitation around about 3.5k then picks up again dips slightly at 5k then picks up to full revs although it is hardly noticable

unsure if its a fault with the map or car possibly an intermittent faulty knock sensor everything else has been changed on it n249 n112 n75 to a n75j then back to brand new n75f ive pm ed Will so ill see what he suggests goes very tho.

the cowboy bell end mapped it and although it felt quick it wasnt it was surging like a mofo and wouldnt rev over 5k in 6th got to 120 and it felt like i was rocking in my seat back and forth
Will did a before dyno run and it was only pulling 165 bhp at the fly so slower than stock and it was boosting at 1.5 bar scary stuff

it should boost to about 1.3-1.4bar and hold 1.1bar across the range

Awesome so basically double the boost of a standard map?

I seriously can't wait. The car already seems fast and pulls right to the redline which is strange because I always hear of other Cupras losing power after 5k. Mine doesn't do that... :S Maybe it's because of the stage 2 mods I've fitted.

they all red line to a certain extent but you get max power at about 5.8 to 6.2k revs after that its pointless you will find with a stage 2 you wont need to go above 5.5k by then your past your opponent and gone:cartman:
