Sounds like you were lucky enough to get the 'Ping' sound for the cold beep. My old Cupra had this but current one just has a beeeeeeeeeeeeeep sound for cold and low fuel warning

hmm that doesnt sound right, either that or mines not right anyway

mine pings everytime its cold (quiet ping that is)

the low fuel noise though is really annoying, especially when you switch the engine on. can you switch it off with vagcom?

When I used to commute further I drove past 5 garages

I'd pay good £££ if someone could make the "please fasten your seatbelts" ping for outside temperature the same as the low fuel warning...

Got a bike last year, will look for another job maybe in another 6 months actually as just joined the motor trade but want to progress but as we all know not really a good time to leave a secure job. I can certinaly justify using my car I drive home for lunch to get away from teh madness and to look after my 2 dogs so again meh
