Getting a little bored again and I remember being wowed by a French FR at the ring last year.
I'm thinking of doing the same, discuss :-

Apologies for the quality, they are screen grabs from a video:-

Id say have it done in vinyl for the show season/ring trips mate, i reckon it will cost about £250-£300 based on the fact its gonna be £160 just for my gloss black roof.

Theres a place in Stoke that do it? It may mean doing some googling mate, but to be fair, most sign writers that do the vans have the know-how and materials.

Hmm, I asked the company who do vinyl graphics for our company but he said it could'nt be done perfectly because of the contours of the bonnet and would crease.

I had my doubts about but then my thoughts turned to having it sprayed but I've forgotten about the cost of painting it back afterwards lol...

Lol doing the bonnet wouldnt be a problem, there is an increasing trend for "vinyl wrapping" cars, it may take some research and phone calls, but its definately possible.

Yeah I know what vulgar means but in this context what do you mean? Chavvy? Too in your face? Not tasteful?

dunno mate. beauty is in the eye of the holder at the end of the day so dont take offence or anything, thread asked for opinions!! :D. My bad for being unconstructive and i wasnt being pedantic, i assumed i'd spelled vulgar incorrectly!

i guess i think we all seem to go for that 'relitively' understated 'oem' look so less 'vulgar', more 'suprising'. maybe time for a change hey?? i've always been tempted with black or carbon bonnet, black roof, black spoiler etc... but the above style would suit me well if it was done with either subtle or pastel colours. but then its not my car... I think my opinion is tainted buy some kid up my road in a 1.0 punto with that kind of scheme... i jest you not when i say this but it has to mount the pavement to get over the speed humps and i'm told that all the added bodykit and sound system has made it 20mph slower than when it was new!!

No offense taken lol, I just wanted to qualify what you meant to get a clearer understanding of your opinion.

Hmm, so maybe just the roof and spoiler, I can always do the bonnet and bumper later if the mid life crisis REALLY takes hold eh?
